About Me

People are often hesitant to seek help for mental health and addiction issues for fear of what will think, or because they feel that it is a sign of weakness. I believe that reaching out help takes courage and that it is a sign of strength. Through providing a safe, confidential supportive environment, my goal is to assist people with breaking down barriers that may be preventing them from seeking the help they need.

I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety, in addition to life adjustment issues. I treat individuals dealing with drug and alcohol problems. My focus for substance use and addiction is on relapse prevention and making healthy lifestyle changes.

My practice is personal, private and client centered.
